She had a nice big hidelog but decided to burrow *under* the astroturf.
I had great use with astroturf for tank substrate. I had a total of 20 pieces of astroturf, which I swapped out whenever one was soiled. Weekly, I had astroturf cleaning with anti-bacterial soap followed by Nolvasan disinfecting. One thing with astroturf, be sure to trim any frayed edges to prevent accidental ingestion.
