Can you spot little Vega$? Peer closely to the middle of the picture, sitting on a branch right by the thermometer!

This was Vega$' home before she became a freeroamer. It's a 60 gallon tank decorated with branches and hide log. I introduced a ping-pong ball which didn't grab her attention much. Her tank was equipped with a undertank heater (on the bottom right), a 150W ceramic heat emitter (in a porcelain socketed fixture) attached to a dimmer switch, and a 36" UVB light (DuroTest Vitalite or ZooMed Reptisun 5.0) attached to a timer which provided a natural light cycle. The dimmer switch is helpful for adjusting temperatures for nighttime or seasonal changes. Since the UVB light and fixture are inside the cage, I encased the setup within wire mesh as Vega$, being the inquisitve iglet, managed to squeeze into the fixture once.
